Will BIGBANG’s G-Dragon confess his feelings to BLACKPINK’s Jennie in public like he once did to 2NE1’s Dara?

Before Jennie, G-Dragon was known to have a special connection with another female idol under YG. He once made fans excited when he was being shy in front of her. 

The dating report involving two top idols, BLACKPINK’s Jennie and BIGBANG’s G-Dragon is considered one of the biggest news of celebrity couples in Korea’s entertainment industry this year. Therefore, every piece of information related to the couple often attracts great attention from the public.

Since they were reported by Dispatch to be dating in March 2021, G-Dragon and Jennie have yet to make any move to confirm their relationship. While the two stars stay silent, in August, as exclusively reported by Star News, the leader of BIGBANG visited Jennie at the set of her photoshoot. 

Although there are barely any moments of the two that fans know of after they were “exposed” by Dispatch to be dating, the story of G-Dragon visiting his girlfriend at work has melted fans’ hearts. Throwback to 2017, before seeing Jennie, G-Dragon once shared a “heart-fluttering” moment with another female idol when he publicly expressed his feelings for Dara (former 2NE1 member).

“Daragon” is one of the most “shipped” couples by fans since 2NE1‘s debut. G-Dragon and Dara often show how close they are to one another, making netizens suspect if they are more than just colleagues. In G-Dragon’s solo concert “World Tour Act III: Motte” in Manila in September 2017, Dara showed up as a special guest.

On stage, after performing the song “Hello“, G-Dragon shyly stammered out his feelings about Dara: “Dara is my noona… but… she’s still very pretty, isn’t she? I’ve never said this before but…”.

At the moment he confessed his feelings to Dara, thousands of spectators were surprised by the sweetness he had for the 2NE1 member. The leader of BIGBANG typically appears to be quite powerful, but he grew nervous for a while, not daring to look straight as he revealed his feelings to Dara.

Previously, the Korean press also reported on Dara confessing her feelings right at this concert, “I really don’t understand why. Because the two of us are really like family. We are very close, but nothing special.”
