Lee Kwang Soo to make a special appearance in upcoming hyperrealistic comedy drama “Critical X” 

Lee Kwang Soo will reunite with Kwon Sang Woo in “Critical X”. 

As reported by News 1 on September 1st, Lee Kwang Soo is expected to make a special appearance in Wavve’s upcoming drama “Critical X” (written by Kwak Kyung Yoon / directed by Kim Jung Hoon), which will premiere on September 2nd.

Lee Kwang Soo’s special appearance was reportedly decided based on his relationship with the production crew and cast of “Critical X”. “Critical X” is directed by Kim Jung Hoon, who previously directed “The Pirates 2: The Last Royal Treasure” and “The Accidental Detective”. Both of which star Kwon Sang Woo.

Lee Kwang Soo, who worked with director Kim Jung Hoon and Kwon Sang Woo in “The Pirates 2”, will reunite with them as a special guest in “Critical X”. Loved by viewers for his enjoyable comedy acting, Lee Kwang Soo is expected to gain much attention for his appearance in “Critical X”. 

Starring Kwon Sang Woo, Sung Dong Il, Im Se Mi, Lee Yi Kyung, and more, “Critical X” is a hyperrealistic comedy drama about a simpleton (Kwon Sang Woo) who is in crisis and has suffered the biggest decline in his life, from voluntary retirement, stock crashes, and soaring house prices, pulls up his soul for a life rebound. It depicts the realistic struggles in the present era that everyone has experienced at least once. 

Episodes 1 to 3 will be released simultaneously at 11 am KST on September 2nd, and the rest will come out sequentially every Friday thereafter on Wavve.
