Yoon Eun Hye’s Tips for a Successful Diet: Indulging as a Reward

Yoon Eun Hye shared her own diet tips.

On June 29th, a vlog was uploaded on Yoon Eun Hye’s YouTube channel. 

The video shows Yoon Eun Hye working out. After completing 30 minutes on the treadmill and an hour of cycling, Yoon Eun Hye said, “It’s so tough. Self-care seems never-ending,” as she breathed heavily with a flushed face.

The next day, Yoon Eun Hye went on an outing to Seongsu-dong with her staff and shared her diet tips, “I don’t drink carbonated drinks. When drinking beverages, the sugar content should be low. You should drink something with zero sugar content.”

She also revealed her own tip for checking the carbohydrates in beverages, “Beverages have more carbohydrates than you think.”

For dinner, she had yogurt with blueberries and granola. Yoon Eun Hye said, “I indulged myself after taking a profile picture as a reward mentality. That’s why I started exercising,” and she added, “It tastes good. I wish I could add something like granola. Honey has high calories.” Although the profile photoshoot was over, her diet continued.

On the 7th day of the shoot, at a cafe after having a meal with her staff, Yoon Eun Hye resisted the temptation of delicious bread for the sake of her diet.

Yoon Eun Hye is a bread lover. She said, “I’ll come back to eat it when my diet is over. But still, I’m so happy that I enjoyed a delicious meal today.”

Recently, Yoon Eun Hye gained attention by sharing her diet plan, including the fact that she lost 2kg in just one day. She said, “Eat everything deliciously and lose weight rapidly in 10 days. It’s the sudden weight gain and loss diet.
