Secret Behind Park Shin-hye’s Youthful Visual To Digest Student Role Even After Marriage & Childbirth

On January 31st, Park Shin-hye unveiled how she maintained a shiny visual and superior body shape through her Instagram Story.

The actress posted a photo showing herself working out in sportswear. She added the caption, “After returning from the action school, I have to work out hahahahaha”, proving that she’s still taking great care of her body condition.

Park Shin-hye drew admiration from netizens for her passionate effort to continue exercising without skipping the routine even though she might have been exhausted from the lesson at the action school.

This is not the first time Park Shin-hye has shown her dedication to self-management. In July last year, the actress also uploaded a working out photo on her Instagram. Wearing a T-shirt with the slogan “Just Do It”, she focused on exercising without rest.

Marrying her husband Choi Tae-joon in January 2022, Park Shin-hye gave birth to their first child in May of the same year amid many blessings from fans. She also drew attention by boasting about the family sneakers with three pairs for herself, her husband and the baby, she received as a birth gift. 

After three years of hiatus, Park Shin-hye recently made her comeback on the small screen through JTBC’s romcom “Doctor Slump”. In the drama, the actress showcased her unchanging beauty compared to when she starred in “The Heirs” 11 years ago”.

Appearing with long straight hair and wearing a school uniform, Park Shin-hye captivated viewers with her transformation into Nam Ha-neul, a high school girl that everyone likes. Regarding the reason she decided to choose this project, Park Shin-hye confidently said, “I wanted to show you what I could do best”.

In addition, she also reunited with Park Hyung-sik 11 years after their meeting in SBS’s drama “The Heirs” to provide excitement, empathy, and comfort to viewers.
