“School violence & gaslighting controversies” Seo Ye-ji, agency reveals position on Yuhan Care

In the midst of the court ruling that clears actress Seo Ye-ji of any compensation responsibility to advertisers regarding school violence allegations, her agency Gold Medalist released an official statement on the matter

On Nov 16th, Gold Medalist stated, “On Nov 10th, Gold Medalist and Seo Ye-ji received confirmation in the lawsuit with Yuhan Care that the allegations of school violence against Seo Ye-ji were unilaterally unproven suspicions.“

They continued, “A partial refund of the model fee was obtained according to the contract, citing the reason that the trust of advertisers was undermined by the mere act of raising suspicions.”

They added, “Since suspicions against Seo Ye-ji have been proven untrue by the court’s decision, we earnestly request refraining from baseless accusations and indiscriminate criticism against Seo Ye-ji.“
