Red Velvet to release first Japanese full album ‘Bloom’ on April 6th

The first Japanese full album of “Spring Queens” Red Velvet is coming out this week. 

Red Velvet‘s first Japanese full-length album ‘Bloom‘ will be dropped at midnight KST on April 6th on various global music platforms, including Korea and Japan.

Bloom‘ consists of a total of 11 songs. In addition to the title track ‘WILDSIDE‘ and other previously released songs, new songs will be added, which are expected to draw high interest.  ‘WILDSIDE‘ is a song that gives off Red Velvet‘s signature cool and alluring vibes. The lyrics contain a message ‘I will cheer on myself who does not give up until I reach where I want’. The song was pre-released on March 28th and has been receiving positive responses.

The album will also feature new songs such as ‘Marionette‘ with a xylophone signature line derived from the classic song ‘The Nutcracker’, ‘Jackpot’ with an exciting atmosphere, ‘Snap Snap‘ expressing the reliance on social media in today’s era, and ‘Color of Love‘ with a soft and calm melody. Existing songs namely ‘#Cookie Jar’, ‘Aitai-tai’, ‘SAPPY’, ‘Swimming Pool’, ‘Sayonara’, ‘Cause It’s You’ will be included to showcase Red Velvet’s colorful musicality.
