SM Entertainment has announced the activities of its artists for the 4th quarter of this year
Starting with NCT 127‘s 5th full album in October, SM has teased comebacks from major artists like Taemin, aespa, Red Velvet, Taeyeon, and TVXQ, as well as new activities from the rookie boy group RIIZE.
NCT 127 made a smooth start with their comeback on October 6th, with their 5th full album “Fact Check,” securing the top spot on various domestic music charts like Hanteo Chart, Hot Tracks, and Circle Chart. They also achieved 1st place on the Japanese Line Music Album Top 100 chart and China QQ Music Digital Album Sales chart.
Super Junior’s Yesung also released his 5th mini-album, “Unfading Sense,” on October 4th. The album reached No. 1 in 16 regions on the iTunes Top Album chart, receiving positive responses.
RIIZE, who made their debut with “Get A Guitar” in September, is gaining explosive popularity just a month after their debut. They will release a new song at the end of October.
Taemin, who had a successful 15th-anniversary comeback with SHINee, will make a comeback on the 30th with his new mini-album “Guilty” as a soloist. This will be Taemin’s first album in 2 years and 5 months since the release of his 3rd mini-album “Advice” in May 2021.
aespa, who has successfully completed their first world tour in 21 cities from Seoul to Asia, North and South America, and Europe, will release a new mini-album, “Drama,” on November 10th, marking the start of a new promotion.
Red Velvet is also making a comeback after about a year, with a new album to be released in mid-November, which is their 3rd full album.
Taeyeon is also preparing to release an album aiming for a mid-November release. As her first album since her 3rd full album, “INVU,” released in February of last year, fans are expected to show an even hotter response.
In December, TVXQ, celebrating their 20th anniversary, will release a new album. They have prepared various activities, including a concert and exhibition, in line with the theme “20&2 (20th Anniversary & Two Members)” to commemorate their 20th anniversary, with the album set to be released on December 26th.
Additionally, the pre-debut activities of NCT NEW TEAM, which is set to officially launch in 2024, are also highly anticipated. NCT NEW TEAM recently released a pre-debut single, “Hands Up,” consisting of the title track “Hands Up” and “We Go!” as part of their activities. They will embark on a pre-debut tour, starting on October 8-9 in Tokyo’s Line Cube Shibuya, with a total of 24 concerts across nine cities in Japan.
