Girls’ Generation Yuri recently joined Yoo Jae-seok in the new entertainment program called “The Zone: Survival Mission”.
“National MC” Yoo Jae-seok and former Lovelyz member Mi-joo are working together on “Hangout with Yoo”. The two gave the viewers big laughs with their bickerings and pleasant talks. In addition, Mi-joo completely joined “Yoo-line” after moving to Antenna, Yoo Jae-seok’s agency.
Therefore, Mi-joo is said to be the first girl group member to be “picked” by Yoo Jae-seok. However, Yoo Jae-seok has paid attention to another female idol since 10 years ago.
On September 6th, the press conference for Disney+’s entertainment show “The Zone: Survival Mission” was successfully held at the Westin Josun Hotel in Seoul.
The cast members Yoo Jae-seok, Lee Kwang-soo and Girls’ Generation Kwon Yu-ri attended the event.
It was then revealed that Yoo Jae-seok personally recommended Kwon Yu-ri when the production team was struggling with the casting stage.
He said, “Whenever I meet Yuri on a broadcast, I always say I want to do an entertainment show with her. I’ve been saying that for 10 years”.
Yoo Jae-seok continued, “I didn’t know it would actually happen. I’m glad that Yuri agreed to join the program”. He then raised the viewers’ expectations by giving some hints about the charms that Kwon Yuri would show in “The Zone”.
In the past, Yoo Jae-seok also praised Kwon Yu-ri’s overwhelming entertainment skills whenever she appeared as a guest on tvN’s “Sixth Sense 3” and SBS’s “Running Man”.
Attention is focused on whether Kwon Yu-ri, who has joined “Yoo-line” following Mi-joo, will be able to prove herself as “Yoo Jae-seok’s pick” by showing off her good sense of entertainment.
