Seo Ye-ji is drawing attention to her return with the new drama “Eve’s Scandal” after her controversy related to Kim Jung-hyun. The filming will begin today.
According to a report from OSEN on November 21st, tvN’s “Eve’s Scandal” will begin its first filming today. “Eve’s Scandal” is a romantic melodrama about a divorce suit worth 2 trillion won by a chaebol who overturns Korea. The cast includes Seo Ye-ji, Lee Sang-yeop, Yoo Seon, and Park Byung-eun.
Seo Ye-ji will play the role of Lee Rael, who is the center of the 2-trillion won divorce suit. Lee Sang-yeop will portray Seo Eun-pyeong, a human rights lawyer who is in love with Lee Rael. In addition to Seo Ye-ji, Lee Sang-yeop, Yoo Seon and Park Byung-eun have also confirmed their appearance. In particular, high expectations are being raised as this is the first time Park Byung-eun has been selected for the main character role in a drama ever since his debut in 2000.
Earlier, Seo Ye-ji dropped out of her scheduled drama “Island” after getting involved in various suspicions, including the controversies over gaslighting her ex-lover Kim Jung-hyun and forging her academic background. Then she temporarily suspended all activities.
“Eve’s Scandal”, which was chosen as her comeback drama, is scheduled to air in the first half of 2022.
