IU stole the spotlight and heated up Gucci Fashion Show in Milan, Italy with her appearance
Actress-singer IU perfectly pulled off Gucci suit and gained the new nickname “Gucci-eun”.
On September 22nd, IU arrived at Incheon International Airport to leave for Milan, Italy where she attended the Fashion Week Gucci Collection Show. She wore a camel-colored cardigan and black pants, proving the standard of “autumn fashion”.
IU later appeared at Gucci Fashion Show looking completely different from when she appeared at the airport.
IU stood in front of reporters’ cameras in a whole Gucci set from head to toe. In particular, the Gucci suit looked exceptionally good on IU as if it were designed for her.
In addition, IU boasted her splendid appearance as “Human Gucci” by matching her Gucci suit with a Gucci bag.
On the same day, she also showed off her playful side by doing cute poses at the place where many celebrities gathered.
Earlier, IU completed her two-day concert “2022 IU CONCERT” at the Main Stadium of Jamsil Olympic Stadium in Seoul on the 18th and 19th of September. She became the first female solo artist in Korea to enter the Main Stadium, proving her amazing popularity.
Meanwhile, Gucci creative director Alessandro Michele held the fashion show “Gucci Twinsburg” on the third day of the 2023 S/S Milan Fashion Week to stage 68 pairs of twins. On this day, Alessandro Michele revealed that his mother has an identical twin sibling. He then shared a heartbreaking story, saying “I grew up with my mother and twin aunt. The relationship between my mother and aunt was magically close. I thought I had two mothers when I was young. I called both of them ‘mother’ and found out that they were twins only after my aunt died when I was seven”. “This is a fashion show dedicated to my mothers”, he said.
