Ha Sung Woon, EXO, Kang Daniel, BTS, Big Bang, HIGHLIGHT and more were selected in TenAsia’s TOP 10 K-POP BOY BRAND.
TenAsia held a global vote ‘ARTIST TOP TEN’ from Dec 12th~Dec 25th through its voting service in three categories, K-POP BOY BRAND, K-POP GIRL BRAND and HOT GENRE BRAND.
As a result of the vote, Ha Sung Woon ranked No.1 in the December ranking of K-POP BOY BRAND category. He was followed by EXO, Kang Daniel, Kim Jong Hyun, Big Bang, BTS, HIGHLIGHT, Tempest, DKZ, and 2PM.
TOP 10 was determined based on 30% of Melon index, 10% of Google Trend index, and 60% of a global popularity vote by fans conducted through TenAsia’s voting service.
As for the criteria of candidate selections, K-POP BOY BRAND and K-POP GIRL BRAND selected those among Melon Chart’s TOP 10 male & female idol groups and soloists of that month. HOT GENRE BRAND chose artists among domestic groups and solo artists that used to enter the Melon Chart and IDOLCHAMP’s Monthly Chart.
Winners of TenAsia’s ARTIST TOP TEN every month will receive benefits, such as being highlighted in exclusive special articles and promoted on ARTIST TOP TEN on TenAsia’s main page that month.
