Set in a fictional country called Daeho that does not exist in history or on maps, “Alchemy of Souls: Light and Shadow” is a fantasy romance drama that tells the love and growth of the main characters as they overcome their twisted fates due to the magic spell known as “alchemy of souls”. It tells the story of Jang Wook (Lee Jae Wook), who returned from death in Season 1, which ended in August, and new mages three years later.
Following Jung So Min in Season 1, Go Yoon Jung stars in “Alchemy of Souls 2” and leads the story with Lee Jae Wook. As the female lead has been changed, the viewers are looking forward to what kind of developments the drama will unfold.
