(G)I-DLE’s Soyeon Revealed How She Distributes Parts Between The Group Members

Recently, when appearing on Knowing Bros, (G)I-DLE Soyeon disclosed the daunting task of divvying up lines among the group members. She candidly confessed, “It’s really hard,” shedding light on her intricate process.

Initially, Soyeon would allocate parts based on how well they suited each member or with a particular member in mind for a specific line. However, with the group now in its seventh year, she made a pivotal decision to implement a significant change.

Rather than adhering to the conventional approach, Soyeon now endeavors to push the boundaries by encouraging members to venture out of their comfort zones. Expressing her intentions, she stated, “I want to give changes now.” She elaborated on her new strategy, saying, “So I looked at a part and thought, ‘I wish she would try this part,’ and shared like that this time.”

In addition to her prowess in crafting refreshing melodies, Soyeon’s proactive approach has been instrumental in propelling the group members to greater heights, fostering an environment where they explore lines they might not have otherwise attempted.
