Cha Joo-young Challenges the Big Screen by Appearing in Ha Jung-woo’s movie “Lobby”

Actress Cha Joo-young has confirmed her appearance in the movie “Lobby”, which is directed by Ha Jung-woo

On December 21, the production company of the movie “Lobby” revealed in a phone call with Dispatch that actress Cha Joo-young will appear in the film, which is directed by star actor Ha Jung-woo. Currently, the actress has already begun filming. 

Meanwhile, “Lobby” is a black comedy movie revolving around a man lobbying financiers and lawmakers by taking them on golf tours to win a government contract.

It is known that Ha Jung-woo took on the role of director and lead actor, and “Lobby” is his third directorial work. After “Chronicle of a Blood Merchant” released in 2015, Ha Jung-woo finally took the megaphone after 8 years. At the same time, “Lobby” is expected to present a “Ha Jung-woo style” comedy.

In addition to Cha Joo-young, Kim Eui-sung, Lee Dong-hwi, Kang Ha-rim, Kang Mal-geum, Park Byung-eun, among others, will appear in the movie. 

“Lobby” started shooting in September, and is expected to complete filming as early as the end of this year or the beginning of next year.

At the same time, Cha Joo-young has been cast in tvN’s new drama “Wonkyung”.
