BTS Jung Kook unveiled the process of recording for “SEVEN.” 

Recently, BANGTANTV, BTS’ official YouTube channel, released the recording film for Jung Kook’s “SEVEN.” In the video, Jung Kook shared with viewers interesting stories from the recording of his solo song. For this solo debut, the male idol got to work with a team of top foreign producers in Los Angeles, U.S.A.

In the released video, Jung Kook revealed his reason for choosing “SEVEN” for his solo debut. The singer said he fell in love with the song after working with producer Hitman Bang and decided to go with it. He was so in love that he could imagine singing the song on stage. 

In revealing why he chose the track, Jung Kook thought the song to be very cool and mature, so he wanted to perform it to his fans. The idol stayed true to that spirit in the concept photos and confidently showcased a newer, rougher, bolder image of himself.

The “SEVEN” singer also revealed using straws for vocal exercises. He said that the method helped balance one’s vocal cords and avoid losing one’s voice. While the exercise was difficult, he did his best to master the technique.
