“Wonderland” Unveils Long-Awaited Couple Still Cuts Of Park Bo-gum & Suzy

In “Wonderland”, a new film by director Kim Tae-yong of “Family Ties” and “Late Autumn”, Suzy and Park Bo-gum will show their affectionate chemistry as a couple although it was their first time working together. The film tells about reuniting with loved ones through a video call service called “Wonderland”, which restores the deceased using AI.

First of all, Suzy, who caused the ‘first love’ syndrome in Korea with the movie “Architecture 101”, proved her acting skills with a shocking transformation in “Anna”, and showed her amazing synchronization with a webtoon character in “Doona!”, will return to the big screen after a long time since “Ashfall”. In “Wonderland”, Suzy takes on the role of Jung-in, a woman who wants to reunite with her boyfriend who died in an accident. The actress will carefully portray the cracks in the character’s mind when facing the reality and the world of “Wonderland” and express various feelings, from happiness to confusion, longing, and comfort, in everyday life with her loved one.

Actor Park Bo-gum, who has captivated Asian fans with his star quality and solid acting skills, will meet the audience again in “Wonderland”. From “baduk genius” Choi Taek in “Reply 1988” to beautiful Crown Prince Lee Young in “Love In The Moonlight”, model Sa Hye-jun who dreams of becoming a star in “Record of Youth” and the first cloned human Seobok in “Seo Bok”, Park Bo-gum has gradually built an admirable filmography.

Appearing as Jung-in’s boyfriend Tae-joo, Park Bo-gum will showcase various aspects of the character, from the bright and warm Taejoo designed by the AI service “Wonderland” to the real Taejoo who finds everything strange and confused. Director Kim Tae-yong commented, “Park Bo-gum expressed the duality of Tae-ju, who has both a fragile soul but also a broad heart capable of embracing everyone, very well in the movie”, stimulating fans’ curiosity about the actor’s performance in the special world of “Wonderland”.
