The familiar poster style in recent Korean dramas

The Korean film industry is considered to be an inexhaustible “store of ideas”.  However, in terms of poster design, Korean film producers are not very creative.  From historical to modern dramas, recent dramas all have a typical poster style.

Looking at the movies that aired this year, from Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha to Snowdrop, the poses of the main couples are almost the same.  Although this is the fastest way to show the chemistry between the male and female leads, Korean filmmakers should also be more creative.

However, the change in the context and the character’s expression makes the audience not feel too boring.  While Moonlight Drawn Clouds brings a romantic pure atmosphere, Moonlight Lover is sad and dark…
