SNSD Taeyeon published an official apology addressed to fans
Taeyeon, a member of SNSD (also known as Girls' Generation) and an active solo singer, posted an apology.
On the afternoon of October 15th, SNSD Taeyeon posted an Instagram story where she revealed her position regarding the event “KAMP LA 2022 – Kpop Mega Concert”.
In particular, Taeyeon said, “To all the fans who have been waiting for the LA performance. I’m sorry to deliver disappointing news. I waited for a long time and prepared a lot for the concert, but I am disappointed. If there is a better opportunity next time, I will greet you with a wonderful performance.”
The female idol then added, “Please, please, I just hope that fans will not be harmed by this incident.”
Previously, Taeyeon was scheduled to perform at the “KAMP LA 2022 – Kpop Mega Concert”, which will be held at the Rose Bowl Stadium in Los Angeles on October 15th. However, on the day of the concert, KAMP made an absurd notice saying, “BamBam, Jeon Somi, Kai, Lapilus, Taeyeon, and Zion.T will not be able to perform.”
It was reported that the aforementioned artist encountered VISA issues due to the organizers’ mismanagement and thus was unable to arrive.
