In the April 12 episode of the show “The Oppa of Tteokbokki House”, female singer Lyn opened up about her marriage to her husband Lee Soo, a member of MC the Max. After 8 years of living together, the two have yet to have children. Lyn yearns to be a mother, but she has been struggling to conceive for a long time.
Lyn shared that she and her husband have tried various methods, including in vitro fertilization (IVF) and embryo transfer. She put on weight and went to the hospital for fertility treatment numerous times, but a miracle has still not come to her family. Lyn also suffered from an ectopic pregnancy. The desire for motherhood and all the unsuccessful attempts to get pregnant left her heartbroken and frustrated.
“I wonder if I’m worthy of being a mother. I need to take responsibility, but I don’t think I’m mature enough. I feel heavy and scared. Being a parent is not an easy job, is it?”, she said as the corners of her eyes filled with tears.
