Park Myung Soo “After walking for an hour in the evening for 2 weeks, I lost 3kg and my stomach disorder disappeared”

On KBS Cool FM’s “Park Myung Soo’s Radio Show”, which aired on July 6th (Thursday), DJ Park Myung Soo introduced listeners’ concerns and gave advice in the “Myung Soo’s Choice” corner.

DJ Park Myung Soo said, “I got COVID-19 again these days. I got COVID-19 twice. I quarantined 4 times in total. I wasted 3 months in a year. I had all sorts of thoughts. Don’t you get stressed out if your works are canceled and your schedule gets messed up? So, I used ‘Don’t get too emotional’ as my motto.

Park Myung Soo explained that he has learned to maintain emotional stability regardless of whether good or bad things happen in life. He advised having a balanced mindset, not getting too excited about good things or flustered by bad things. He believed that there is no need to worry excessively about life because good and bad things alternate. He further added that he feels more at ease with this approach.

In the “Myung Soo’s Choice” corner, a listener asked for advice on whether to go to the gym or walk around the neighborhood to lose weight, considering the cost of the gym and the hot weather outside. Park Myung Soo shared that he walked around his neighborhood for an hour after dinner and lost 3kg in 2 weeks.

He said that walking in the city has been enjoyable for him. He observes people and checks out shops. Walking for an hour helps him lose weight and improves his stomach disorder. He recommended walking as the best exercise for the body, suggesting that walking 8,000 to 10,000 steps a day has positive effects.
