Lee Mi-joo Flustered By Lovelyz Members’ Sudden Revelations, “She Always Went Out At Night”

The March 30th broadcast of MBC’s “Hangout with Yoo” showed Yoo Jae-suk, Haha, Joo Woo-jae, Park Jin-joo, Lee Yi-kyung and Lee Mi-joo inviting the girl group Lovelyz for a festival project called “Let’s play together, Spring”. Celebrating their 10th debut anniversary this year, Lovelyz gathered on the entertainment show for the first time in three years after their contract ended in 2021.

Regarding the question about her dorm life as Mi-joo’s roommate in the past, Kei said, “Our lifestyles were completely different. I went out during the day but she always went out at night. We never fought with each other”. Mi-joo replied, “I slept at the dorm”. Sujeong added, “The curfew of our dorm was 12 so we drank a lot of soju within only an hour”, Jiae shared, “Our nickname was ‘LovelyzJoo’”, drawing laughter.

Other Lovelyz members tried to save Mi-joo but she put herself in an irreversible situation. Whenever her name was mentioned, Mi-joo kept trying to shut the members’ mouths. Especially, whenever Kei tried to say something, Mi-joo would prevent it, saying “Don’t say anything” and shouting “Be quiet!!” at Lovelyz members, showcasing their extraordinary chemistry like real sisters.

Lovelyz then touched viewers as they performed a medley of their hit songs for the first time in four years. Remembering their old choreographies, Lovelyz members proved their teamwork without hesitation. Yoo Jae-suk even exclaimed, “Mi-joo looks so different. She’s in the group, too”. Joo Woo-jae commented, “Mi-joo was so professional. She moved two times while smiling brightly”. Singing “Achoo”, “Destiny”, “Hi~” and “Now, we”, Lovelyz said, “Suddenly, we felt like we wanted to do it again”, making viewers look forward to the group’s performance at the festival.

Meanwhile, Lovelyz members have working individually since their contract ended in 2021. Member Seo Ji-soo even made headlines as she debuted as a BJ on AfreecaTV.
