Jessica’s Reaction When Girls’ Generation Was Suddenly Mentioned by a Senior

Jessica has rarely talked about Girls’ Generation or her former bandmates since leaving the group in 2014.

Jessica debuted with Girls’ Generation in 2007 and quickly became a fan favorite due to her stunning vocals and eye-catching visuals. However, in 2014, it was announced that Jessica would be leaving the group.

Since leaving Girls’ Generation, Jessica has been busy pursuing her own career in China. She has been actively participating in various entertainment programs and has been successful in launching her own fashion brand.

At a recent event in China, Jessica met Taiwanese actor Vanness Wu. During their conversation, Vanness Wu suddenly mentioned former Girls’ Generation members Tiffany and Sooyoung, saying he met them years ago. In response, Jessica nodded and replied politely, “Oh, okay“.

It’s likely that Vanness Wu was simply trying to make a conversation with Jessica. After the event, Vanness Wu also posted on his Instagram story a photo taken with Jessica with “Gee” by Girls’ Generation as the background music.

Afterwards, Jessica issued her own statement through her fashion company, explaining that she had been asked to leave the group by the company and other members. Her final work as a Girls’ Generation member was in the song “Divine.” The MV for “Catch Me If You Can” had to be re-shot with the 8-member version, without Jessica.
