IVE Jang Wonyoung eliminated but happy with penalty costume on “Four-Cut Live”

IVE’s Jang Wonyoung transformed into a cute airplane.

On April 12th, a video titled “Taking a Life Shot of Us Together to Commemorate Our Math Trip to Jeju Island” was uploaded on the YouTube channel “1theK Original.”

On this day, IVE held a “Four-Cut Live” event where they had to take pictures according to a surprise concept that was revealed during their performance.

In the first cut, Rei was eliminated for not matching the “Unnie” concept, and in the second cut, Leeseo was eliminated for not matching the concept of their new song, “I AM.” The eliminated members had to wear a penalty costume.

The concept for the next cut was “Mukjjang Leeseo.” At this point, Jang Wonyoung’s face was covered by Leeseo’s penalty costume, which was a camellia flower, and Jang Wonyoung could not follow the photo concept as she had to use her hands to lower the flower petals.

Jang Wonyoung appealed, “Didn’t I really eat well?” But her expression was unclear, and other members eliminated her, saying, “She’s just yelling,” “Wonyoung admits it too.”

In the end, Jang Wonyoung, who had to wear the penalty costume, said, “I like it so much. This is our ‘I AM.’ It’s not a penalty, but a privilege for the person who made a mistake.” She was actually happy about it. Jang Wonyoung came out wearing a pilot hat and an airplane outfit, saying, “I like it so much, what can I do?” and showed a bright smile.

Meanwhile, IVE released their first full-length album, “I’ve IVE,” on April 10th.
