BTS Members Shares Thoughts on Enlisting Together and Reassure Fans Ahead of Military Service

BTS’ RM, Jimin, V, and Jungkook turned on Weverse live together before their full-group military service

First, Jungkook explained the reason for RM, Jimin, V, and himself enlisting around the same time. The military service for BTS began with Jin’s enlistment in December last year, followed by J-Hope in April and Suga starting alternative service in September.

Jungkook talked about their eagerness to reunite as the complete BTS again as soon as possible and expressed satisfaction with the decision, emphasizing a sense of relief and clarity after pouring their efforts into recent activities.

Jimin conveyed a sense of longing for the moments when they will be together again after their service. RM and V reassured fans, saying that although it might take time, it’s not a big deal, and they’ll reunite with precious experiences.

V addressed concerns about special forces support, reassuring fans that he’s going willingly and has goals, urging them not to worry about his health and promising to return safely.

While calming worried fans, BTS members mentioned the preparations they’ve made and urged fans to enjoy the time until their return, as Jin’s discharge is approaching in June next year after the four members enlisted together this month.

BTS emphasized a quiet enlistment, asking fans to refrain from visiting the training camp on the day of their enlistment due to potential disruptions for other soldiers and their families.

Big Hit Music officially announced BTS’s enlistment plans, emphasizing that there would be no official events on the day of their entry. The company also cautioned against unauthorized use of the artists’ intellectual property and expressed gratitude for continued support until their healthy return from military service.
