BAE173 Nam Do Hyon filed injunction for exclusive contract suspension against PocketDol Studio, first interrogation completed

Nam Do Hyon, a member of the boy group BAE173, has entered a legal dispute over his exclusive contract with his agency.

According to a report by News1 on April 28th, BAE173 Nam Do Hyon recently filed an injunction against his agency PocketDol Studio to suspend his exclusive contract. The first interrogation was originally scheduled for the 12th but was postponed and held on the 26th.

Nam Do Hyon filed the injunction due to differences in opinions on the fulfillment of exclusive contract obligations with his current agency. The decision on whether his injunction request is accepted or dismissed is expected to be made at the end of May or early June.

In this regard, PocketDol Studio stated, “It is true that we are in a dispute”, but did not provide any additional position.

Nam Do Hyon made his debut as a member of the project boy group X1 after ranking 8th in Mnet’s survival audition program “Produce X 101” in May 2019. Later, he started his activities with BAE173 in November 2020. In October of last year, BAE173 announced that Nam Do Hyon would take a break from group activities. In JTBC’s recent variety program “Peak Time,” BAE173, excluding Nam Do Hyon, participated as team 13:00.
