Actor Yoo Hae-jin has reportedly purchased a detached house in Seongbuk-dong, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul
On October 8, BizKorea reported that Yoo Hae Jin purchased a detached house located in Seongbuk-dong, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul for 4.5 billion won.
The house that Yoo Hae Jin purchased is a one-story to two-story mansion with a gross floor area of 322.38 square meters (98 square feet). According to the head of the building department, the house is about 37 years old and has a land area of 150 square meters.
Yoo paid the purchase price in all cash. According to the land registry, the sale contract was signed on October 20, and the title transfer was completed a week later. No mortgage was placed on the property, so it is assumed that Yoo paid for the purchase price without a loan.
Seongbuk-dong is a secondary village connecting Hannam-dong and Pyeongchang-dong, and is known as a neighborhood where many famous celebrities and mid-sized businessmen live.
