The truth behind Lee Seung Gi’s phrase “I already proposed to her and she also accepted it”
YouTuber Lee Jin Ho raised suspicions about Lee Seung Gi’s marriage announcement. He claimed that Lee Seung Gi had already proposed once in the past, not recently, and that Lee Seung Gi’s family opposed his marriage to Lee Da In.
Lee Jin Ho posted a video related to couple Lee Seung Gi – Lee Da In on his YouTube channel on Feb 7th.
On this day, Lee Jin Ho said, “Kyeon Mi Ri supported her daughter’s marriage by giving Lee Seung Gi her cherished beads. She doesn’t give beads to anyone. She only gives them to the person she considers her son-in-law. Lee Seung Gi is originally a Christian, but he was so affectionate that he went to a temple for his girlfriend.” He then revealed pictures of the beads.
He claimed, “Lee Seung Gi’s family opposed his marriage to Lee Da In. It seems that the controversy surrounding Lee Da In’s family history had a big impact. Marriage is a meeting between two families. Moreover, there was a backlash after Lee Seung Gi admitted to meeting Lee Da In, so his parents as well as his younger sister opposed their marriage.”
Lee Jin Ho also pointed out that there is a questionable phrase in the marriage announcement written by Lee Seung Gi. He explained, “Lee Seung Gi said, ‘I already proposed to her and she also accepted it.’ Recently, Lee Seung Gi shaved his head to film a movie, and he couldn’t have proposed in that state. He had already proposed once.”
Lee Jin Ho emphasized, “In December 2021, Lee Seung Gi and Lee Da In were spotted on Ulleungdo Island. However, there were a total of 4 people, not just the two of them. If you search, you’ll know that Ulleungdo Island is a place for proposals. Lee Seung Gi proposed here. In fact, Kyeon Mi Ri has considered Lee Seung Gi her son-in-law since this day. Earlier on Feb 7th, Lee Seung Gi announced his marriage to Lee Da In through his Instagram account.
Lee Seung Gi said, “I’ve decided to spend the rest of my life with my beloved girlfriend Lee Da In as ‘husband and wife’ rather than lovers. I already proposed to her and she also accepted it.”
