Actress Park Shin Hye, who has been silent since her childbirth, revealed her whereabouts
On September 10th, Park Shin Hye posted a photo of a gopchang (beef intestines) restaurant on her Instagram with the caption, “The restaurant my beloved parents have been running for 10 years has reopened with a nicer space and more diverse menus under a new name”
Lastly, she added, “Please give the restaurant a lot of attention and love”.
Appearing on tvN’s “Three Meals a Day” in the past, Park Shin Hye mentioned her parents’ business, saying “My parents run a gopchang restaurant”. On the broadcast, the actress drew admiration by showing off her excellent cooking skills by making a dish using lamb intestines brought directly from her parents’ gopchang restaurant.
The gopchang restaurant had already been known widely thanks to the visits of celebrities, such as Lee Seo Jin, Jang Geun Seok and Kim Hee Chul, but it became even more popular after the “Three Meals A Day” broadcast.
In 2015, Park Shin Hye revealed that she had opened a store for her parents in an interview with MBC. She added, “I used to receive allowances from my parents. But now I decided to give my parents a store and manage the bank account myself.”
Meanwhile, Park Shin Hye debuted with her appearance in Lee Seung Hwan’s music video “Flower” in 1993, then appeared on the small screen for the first time as a child actress in SBS’s drama “Stairway to Heaven. Since then, she has built a solid filmography by starring in various popular dramas, such as “You’re Beautiful”, “Heartstrings”, “The Heirs”, “Pinocchio”, “The Doctors”, “Memories of the Alhambra”, etc.
Park Shin Hye married actor Choi Tae Joon in January last year and has one son. She is expected to make a comeback after two years and reunite with Park Hyung Sik after 10 years through JTBC’s upcoming drama “Doctor Slump”.
