Min Hee-jin’s ADOR to hold a board meeting on May 10th

According to the music industry on May 7th, the ADOR board, including CEO Min Hee-jin, notified HYBE that they will hold a board meeting in Seoul on the morning of May 10th.

Currently, the ADOR board consists of CEO Min, as well as Vice-CEO Shin and Creative Director Kim.

Previously, ADOR’s legal representative, the law firm Sejong, stated, “According to regulations, a board meeting will be held by May 10th, and a stockholders’ meeting will be held by the end of May. Additional statements will be made (to the court) by May 13th.” Accordingly, if an interim stockholders’ meeting is decided at the board meeting, the date for the interim stockholders’ meeting will be set after May 15th, with the earliest possible date being May 27th.

Currently, HYBE is alleging suspicions of CEO Min’s attempted seizure of ADOR’s management rights and breach of trust. However, CEO Min’s side is denying all allegations.

Meanwhile, girl group NewJeans under ADOR released their new song “Bubble Gum” music video on April 27th. Furthermore, they are set to release the double single “How Sweet”, which includes “Bubble Gum”, on May 24th.
