Kim Seon Ho’s side issued a caution regarding impersonation damages.
On August 1st, Kim Seon Ho’s agency, Salt Entertainment, explained through his official fan community, Weverse, that there have been continuous cases of impersonation both online and offline.
The agency confirmed incidents where individuals impersonated Kim Seon Ho, his acquaintances, family, or agency staff and lured others to different links, demanding money, resulting in financial losses due to fraud.

Salt Entertainment’s full statement is as follows:
“Hello, this is Salt Entertainment.
We would like to provide guidance regarding continuous incidents of impersonation of our artist and agency staff through online and offline channels, including messengers and social media accounts.
Recently, we have confirmed cases where individuals have impersonated our artist, his acquaintances, family, or agency staff and lured others to different links, demanding money, causing financial losses due to fraud.
Moreover, concerning tickets related to the artist or official MDs, we announce the authorized sales channels through our agency’s official social media. The artist or staff will not contact individuals separately for individual sales.
Under no circumstances will the artist or agency staff engage in personal communication through private accounts.
We also want to clarify that we will never request any financial offers (including personal remittances or acting as intermediaries for purchases) or ask for personal information. Therefore, we kindly ask all fans to be especially cautious and avoid falling victim to such fraudulent activities. Thank you.”
