Singer Jeon Somi revealed an anecdote with producer Teddy, her agency’s representative.
On the August 2nd broadcast of MBC’s entertainment program “Radio Star”, Park Joon Geum, Kim So Hyun, Kim Tae Yeon, Bae Yoon Jung and Jeon Somi appeared and shared various stories. Hong Hyun Hee joined as a special MC.
When Kim Gook Jin asked Jeon Somi “You’re having hip-hop oppas in the palm of your hand these days“, Jeon Somi explained, “I’m the only female singer in the agency. I’m surrounded by hip-hop oppas.”
Jeon Somi belongs to The Black Label, a management company founded by producer Teddy. The Black Label includes Taeyang, Zion.T, Loren and Park Bo Gum.
Jeon Somi said, “I like going to the company. It feels like I’m going on a trip. I play from 6 PM to 4 AM (at work). Oppas often ask if I have no schedule.”
She added, “I feel that Teddy oppa is the hardest to deal with. An acquaintance told me, ‘Doesn’t Teddy seem to be a good listener, rather than sharing the same interests with you?’ Afterwards, it seems that a wall has formed. (MBTI) T is a bit tough.”
