Jennie, a member of girl group BLACKPINK, revealed an unreleased new song.
BLACKPINK held “BLACKPINK WORLD TOUR ‘BORN PINK’ SEOUL” at KSPO DOME (Olympic Park Gymnastics Stadium) in Songpa-gu, Seoul on the afternoon of Oct 16th, and Jennie unveiled a new song for the first time as her solo stage.
BLACKPINK members each decided to show their own solo stages, including Jisoo’s cover of Camilla Cabello’s “Liar,” Rosé‘s “Hard to Love,” “On the Ground,” and Lisa‘s “LALISA” and “MONEY”. Rosé and Lisa chose songs from their previous solo album.
Jennie released her solo song “SOLO” in 2018, but she decided to give fans a surprise gift by performing an unreleased song instead of “SOLO.” Jennie’s solo new song highlights Jennie’s alluring charm while continuing BLACKPINK’s sophisticated sensibility, raising expectations whether it will be officially released to the public in the future.
