Hyun Bin makes first official appearance after having a son for movie “Bargaining”

Famous actor Hyun Bin, who recently got a son, will appear in public for the first time with his upcoming movie “Bargaining”.

On the afternoon of December 20th, a press conference will be held before the official release of the movie “Bargaining” (also known as “The Point Men”) in January 2023. The event will welcome director Yim Soon Rye and lead actors Hyun Bin and Hwang Jung Min.

“Bargaining” (or “The Point Men”) is a new film directed by Yim Soon Rye, who was behind famous works such as “Little Forest”, “Whistle Blower”, and “Forever the Moment”. Starring Hwang Jung Min and Hyun Bin, the project has drawn attention from the production stage.

“Bargaining” depicts the negotiating operation of a diplomat and a local NIS agent, who went to Afghanistan to rescue Koreans held hostage by the Taliban. Here, Hwang Jung Min plays Jung Jae Ho, a diplomat specializing in negotiations, and Hyun Bin assumes the role of Park Dae Shik, an NIS agent specializing in the Middle East.

Hyun Bin’s energy soared as he was greeted with double congratulations from the box office success of his previous work “Confidential Assignment 2: International” and the birth of his first son. Meanwhile, Hwang Jung Min’s previous work, the Netflix Korean series “Narco-Saints” (also known as “Suriname”), succeeded in becoming a global hit, and an outstanding synergy between the two is expected.
