HaSeul, a former member of LOONA, has established a new nest at Modhaus and revealed her plans for the future.
On June 21st, Modhaus released an official statement regarding former LOONA member, HaSeul. In particular, the agency said:
“Hello, this is Modhaus.
We have signed an exclusive contract with HaSeul, a former member of LOONA.
We would like to express our gratitude to HaSeul for choosing and trusting Modhaus. We plan to fully support HaSeul to showcase her charms even more and to meet fans in various ways.
HaSeul plans to collaborate with HeeJin, Kim Lip, JinSoul, and Choerry as part of the ARTMS project, which is currently communicating with fans through their official YouTube channel.
At the same time, the trio ODD EYE CIRCLE, which consistings of Kim Lip, JinSoul, and Choerry, known as ODD EYE CIRCLE, is preparing for a new album release. In particular, ODD EYE CIRCLE is scheduled to hold a European tour concert in August.

On the other hand, one day before the news of her exclusive contract was announced, HaSeul posted on her Instagram story photos of a party. Particularly, the photo she shared contained a cake with the phrase “End of hardship, start of joy“, indirectly conveying her excitement for a new start at new agency.
Previously, Heejin, Kim Lip, JinSoul, Choerry, HaSeul, Yeojin, Yves, Go Won, and Olivia Hye filed a lawsuit against their former agency, Blockberry Creative, for a provisional injunction to suspend their exclusive contracts in November of last year.
Among them, HeeJin, Kim Lip, JinSoul, and Choerry won the cast in January, while HaSeul, YeoJin, Yves, Go Won, and Olivia Hye, who made partial modifications to the contract terms, were unsuccessful. Later, ViVi and HyunJin, who joined the lawsuit belatedly, also received partial judgments.
However, in June of this year, the court decided to suspend the effect of the exclusive contracts for all remaining LOONA members, granting them freedom from Blockberry Creative.
On the other hand, Chuu, who was the first to achieve partial victory in 2021, has currently signed an exclusive contract with the newly established agency, ATRP, and is actively engaged in activities.
