Han Hyo-joo Almost Shed Tears When U.S. Customer Complained In “Unexpected Business”

Han Hyo-joo expressed her disappointment after hearing the complaints from U.S. customers

In the latest episode of tvN’s “Unexpected Business 3,” which aired on November 23rd, depicted the second day of sales in the Asian mart the show’s cast was running in the U.S.

In this episode, a lot of customers came looking for their kimbab. Han Hyo-joo, who was in charge of the counter, decided to help the others with making kimbab in response to the rush of kimbab orders. When Yoon Kyung-ho and Park Byung-eun thanked her, Han Hyo-joo showed her passion, saying, “Our soldiers work while sweating.”

Han Hyo-joo later returned to the counter and was surprised to receive a pre-order of 40 kimbab roles. Cha Tae-hyun calmly recorded the order, saying, “Did we originally do 40 roles?”

Meanwhile, a phone call came to the store. The person who called said, “I just bought kimbab, but the rice wasn’t made well. It’s hard,” he protested. Han Hyo-joo said, “I’m sorry. We’ll apologize. If you come back, I’ll refund you the money. Once again, I apologize,” she said repeatedly.

Han Hyo-joo, who hung up the phone, told Jo In-sung, “What should I do. I think I’m going to cry.” Jo In-sung said, “I can’t help it. The employees (who made the kimbab) should be scolded,” he said calmly.

Han Hyo-joo delivered the news of the kimbab complaint to Lim Joo-hwan, Yoon Kyung-ho, and Park Byung-eun. Lim Joo-hwan suggested,

Fortunately, there was no problem with kimbab later.
