BLACKPINK’s Jennie Surpassed Cha Eun-woo And Taeyeon To Top January Idol Individual Brand Reputation Rankings

The Korean Business Research Institute analyzed the brand reputation index by extracting 69,871,562 big data for 1,720 idol individual brands from December 25, 2023 to January 25, 2024 for big data analysis. Compared to 59,686,378 idol individual brand big data in December, it increased 17.06%.

In January 2024, the TOP 30 individual idol brand reputation rankings include BLACKPINK’s Jennie, ASTRO’s Cha Eun-woo, Girls’ Generation’s Taeyeon, BLACKPINK’s Jisoo, Wanna One’s Park Ji-hoon, NewJeans’ Hanni, IVE’s Jang Won-young, BLACKPINK’s Rosé, HIGHLIGHT’s Lee Ki-kwang, BTS’s Jimin, BTS’s V, Girls’ Generation’s Yoona, BTS’s Jungkook, Super Junior’s Kyuhyun, Wanna One’s Kang Daniel, NewJeans’ Minji, Seventeen’s Jun, BLACKPINK’s Lisa, Super Junior’s Heechul, BTS’s Suga, BTS’s Jin, Girls’ Generation’s Seohyun, Red Velvet’s Wendy, NewJeans’ Haerin, Red Velvet’s Irene, Super Junior’s Donghae, The Boyz’s Hyunjae, Red Velvet’s Seulgi, Red Velvet’s Yeri, and BTS’s RM.

BLACKPINK’s Jennie topped the list with the Brand Reputation Index of 3,630,892. Compared to her Brand Reputation Index of 4,031,041 in December, it fell 9.93%.

Koo Chang-hwan, director of the Korean Business Research Institute, said, “In January 2024, BLACKPINK Jennie’s brand showed a high score of ‘appearance, being alone, being unrivaled’ in the link analysis, while ‘Ode Atelier, advertising model, and Apartment 404’ were highly analyzed in the keyword analysis. In the positive ratio analysis, the positive ratio of big data was 91.20%,” the brand analysis said.
