BLACKPINK Lisa confirmed to join Park Bo Gum and BTS V attending Celine fashion show in France
Besides Global Ambassador Lisa, actor Park Bo Gum and BTS V are leaving for France to attend a luxury brand fashion show.
According to luxury fashion brand CELINE on June 23rd, Global Ambassador Lisa will attend the Celine Men’s Summer 2023 Fashion Show. Lisa will depart for Paris by private plane.
Notably, famous actor Park Bo Gum and V will also leave for Paris on June 24th to attend the show
V and Park Bo Gum have long been known to be best of friends in the entertainment industry. The two became close after Park Bo Gum appeared as the MC for KBS2’s “Music Bank”, and met V who performed there. Ever since, they consistently supported each other’s dramas and music activities, and drew attention by going to amusement parks, traveling to Jeju Island, and watching concerts together.
Park Bo Gum served faithfully in the Korean navy and was discharged on April 30th. He then resumed his official activities, MCing for the 58th Baeksang Arts Awards on May 6th.
The actor then left for Thailand on May 31st to attend the 2022 Men’s Fall/Winter spin-off show for high-end designer house Louis Vuitton. He returned to Korea on June 3rd, and as of the moment, hasn’t confirmed to appear in any new acting projects.
V, along with other BTS members, released the new album “Proof” on June 10th, which topped the U.S. Billboard main album chart “Billboard 200”. The album recorded 2,752,496 copies (according to Hanteo Chart) within its first week of sales.
Starting with this album, BTS announced that they will wrap up their first chapter, which has lasted for nine years, and move on to the second chapter of their career. In the video “BTS Dinner Festa 2022”, a content for BTS’s 9th anniversary, which was released on June 14th, the group confirmed that they will continue to film their YouTube entertainment show “Run BTS”, but will temporarily prioritize solo promotions over group activities.
Other than this Celine fashion show, BTS V also announced other solo schedules, starting with the healing show “In The Soop: Friendship Trip”, which is produced by HYBE Labels and will be broadcasted on Korean network JTBC in July. The show will display the friendship of V with famous actors Park Seo Joon, Choi Woo Sik, Park Hyung Sik, and singer Peakboy (also known as the Wooga Squad), who will take a 4 day and 3 night vacation together.
According to HYBE, “In the Soop: Friendship Trip” will reveal the small and sincere daily lives of Park Seo Joon, Choi Woo Sik, Park Hyung Sik, Peakboy, and V, who let down their barriers when next to one another.
