Yoo Ah In reported to have taken at least 7 types of drugs, midazolam & alprazolam added

Actor Yoo Ah In, who is prosecuted on charges of habitual drug use, was confirmed to have taken two more types of narcotics.

According to a report by Channel A on June 9th, additional narcotics classified as psychotropic drugs known to have been taken by Yoo Ah In are “midazolam”, which is mainly used for sleep anesthesia, and “alprazolam”, a medication for treating insomnia.

It was previously reported that Yoo had administered five types of drugs, including propofol, marijuana, cocaine, ketamine, and zolpidem. With the addition of suspected drugs, the number of narcotics involved in the case is said to be at least 7.

The Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency’s Drug Crime Investigation Unit sent Yoo Ah In to the prosecution without detention this morning with the additional drug reports found based on the actor’s medical records.

Moreover, the results of the investigation into Yoo Ah In will also be reported to the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety today.
