Son Ye-jin, who plays the role of Cha Mi-jo in “Thirty-Nine“, said, “It seems to be a filming set where excitement and a little worry coexist. I was very nervous the day before the shoot, but when I meet the staff, actors and immerse myself in filming like this, my worries disappear. I feel really euphoric, and I think I’ll be able to make a good work.”

As for the character description, she explained, “I think Mi-jo is a very rational person as well as a wonderful woman with a friendship that she can do anything for her friends Chan-young and Joo-hee.”

She expressed her determination towards filming, “Each work is precious to me, and I think not only me but everyone who participates in this work will feel the same way. So, I’ll do my best to greet you with a good work. Please look forward to it and make sure to watch the first episode.”
