Kwon Mina revealed about current situation of sexual assault case she suffered during middle school days

Former AOA member Kwon Mina revealed that the sexual assault case she suffered in middle school has been turned into a prosecutorial investigation.

Kwon Min-ah explained through her Instagram on Dec 1st, “Many people helped me with the damage that occurred when I was in middle school, and I used my memory to submit a lot of evidence. As a result, that person was found guilty and the case was passed to the prosecution.”

She shared, “Now I’m also waiting to see what kind of ruling the above will make. I hope they get the right punishment. And I hope that no one will ever have to become a victim like me in the future.” Then she emphasized, “Fortunately, the most important evidence and witnesses came out. I hope the results will not end in vain, and I hope they will be punished.”

I can’t believe I’ll be 30 soon.

Many people helped me with the damage that occurred when I was in middle school in Busan, and I used my memory to submit a lot of evidence. As a result, that person was found guilty and the case was passed to the prosecution.

Now I’m also waiting to see what kind of ruling the above will make. I hope they get the right punishment. And I hope that no one will ever have to become a victim like me in the future.

Many people are contacting me through DM being worried about me and curious about the investigation process, so I’ll talk about it carefully. To be honest, it’s been 15 years, so I’ve almost given up, but I’m really grateful to many people who helped me. I’ve been working hard on the investigation, but it’s hard to say that I can reach to the highest punishment, the life sentence. To be honest, I’m not looking forward to that. It’s been so long.

And I know it’s law but I don’t know for sure. But from March, I started investigating with police officers, who I’m very grateful to, and my acquaintances in Busan. They came all the way here…Fortunately, the most important evidence and witnesses came out. I hope the results will not end in vain, and I hope they will be punished.
