It has been reported that the famous British band Coldplay is promoting their offline concert in Korea next year.
On May 17th, JTBC released an exclusive article on Coldplay’s performance in Korea.
According to JTBC’s report, Coldplay has included Korea as one of their destination for next year’s tour. The specific schedule is still being coordinated, but it is known that the performance is likely to happen in April.
If this visit to Korea is officialized, it will be Coldplay’s first offline performance in Korea in six years following theirs at 2017 Hyundai Card Super Concert.
The media speculated, “The concert location is likely to be Sangam World Cup Stadium.” This is because the main stadium of Jamsil Sports Complex in Seoul, where their first concert was held in Korea, is under construction.
In particular, Korean fans are paying keen attention to whether Coldplay will perform a collab stage with BTS as they have worked together in “My Universe” in the past.
Meanwhile, Coldplay released their 9th full-length album “Music Of The Spears” last year and is on a world tour throughout the United States.
