Kang Min Kyung, a member of the famous female duo Davichi, has generously bought gifts for her hard-working employees.
On April 10th, a video titled “Work, Eat, Drink, and Open the Gold Button” was posted on the YouTube channel of Davichi’s Kang Min Kyung.
In the video, Kang Min Kyung can be seen gifting Bluetooth headphones to all employees in celebration of the completed construction of her brand’s new office building.
The video shows Kang Min Kyung filming the presents stacked up in the trunk of her car and saying to the camera, “I’ve prepared gifts for the team members to commemorate the completion of the Àvie Muah’s office building construction. I think most people already have earphones, so I went all out and got them (Apple AirPods) Max. I plan to take a group photo with everyone wearing the headsets.”
The headsets Kang Min Kyung prepared for her employees are being sold for the high price of 700,000 KRW (around 500 USD) per set.
Additionally, Kang Min Kyung also drew attention as she took commemorative photos in front of the new office building. The female star also wore matching team uniforms and headphones with her employees.
On the other hand, Kang Min Kyung was previously embroiled in controversy for posting a minimum wage-level salary while recruiting employees for her brand. As the controversy has not subsided easily, Kang Min Kyung issued a public apology and promised to improve the treatment of employees within the company.
