Barbie Hsu’s mother met her ex-son-in-law and mentioned “reconciliation” with her daughter

Taiwanese actress Barbie Hsu’s mother met her ex-son-in-law.

According to local media on April 4th (local time), Barbie Hsu‘s mother recently met Barbie Hsu’s ex-husband Wang Xiaofei and had a meal together.

Barbie Hsu’s mother said in an interview with the media, “The children were really happy to see their father. The relationship between the children and their father is normal as before.”

She emphasized, “I also told my daughter, ‘Things are getting more controversial, so you’re bound to get tangled.’ I said I’d communicate with Wang Xiaofei, but she said no.”

She added, “For the sake of the children, I hope that someday the case will be resolved peacefully. But I don’t think this case will end easily. I hope the two of them will listen to me.”

Barbie Hsu married Wang Xiaofei in 2011 and they have one son and one daughter, but divorced in 2021. After that, Barbie Hsu suddenly announced her marriage to Koo Jun Yup, whom she dated 20 years ago, in March last year. The two completed their marriage registration without holding a wedding ceremony.

Barbie Hsu filed a lawsuit against Wang Xiaofei for payment of living expenses in November last year. In response, Wang Xiaofei’s mother Zhang Lan revealed that Barbie Hsu enjoyed drugs and had an affair with Koo Jun Yup even before divorcing her son.

Koo Jun Yup and Barbie Hsu suffered from divorce rumors last February due to Zhang Lan’s retaliatory revelation. This turned out to be untrue.
