Ahn Yujin’s first solo-written song to be included in IVE’s 1st Full Album

A song with lyrics written entirely by IVE member Ahn Yujin will be included in the group’s first full-length album, garnering interest. 

According to an interview by X Sports News on March 21st, the song “HEROINE”, with lyrics solo-written by Ahn Yujin, will be included in IVE’s first full-length album, which will be released on April 10th.

Expectations are high as this is the first time Ahn Yujin’s solo-written song will be released. Previously when she was in IZ*ONE, Ahn Yujin participated in the lyric writing alongside other  for the fan song “WithOne (위드원)” in the group’s 3rd mini album “Oneiric Diary.”

As IVE will release their first full-length on April 10th, Ahn Yujin is expected to show a new charm as a lyricist.

On the other hand, IVE made their debut in the music scene with their first single “ELEVEN” in December 2021. They made a splendid debut, recording the highest initial sales among the rookie idols who debuted that year and winning 13 cups from music shows.

With their second single “LOVE DIVE”, they achieved 10 music show wins and gained popularity by winning both Rookie of the Year and Grand Prize Daesang at various major awards ceremonies.

In addition, IVE’s third single, “After LIKE”, raised the group’s initial sales to 1 million copies and ranked first on major domestic music charts. They also won 14 music show cups with the title track “After LIKE” and set a record for the “highest number of music show wins in 2022.”

With a cumulative album sales of nearly 3 million copies, attention is being paid to IVE’s first full-length album. On March 16th, a coming soon image of the album, titled “I’ve IVE”, was released, raising expectations.
