“Again My Life” starring Lee Joon Gi is close to achieve double-digit nationwide ratings after just 5 episodes 

“Again My Life” broke its own highest ratings for the latest episode. 

According to Nielsen Korea on April 23rd, episode 5 of SBS’s Fri-Sat drama “Again My Life” recorded an average nationwide rating of 9.7%, an all-time high since its first broadcast. This also marks an impressive increase of 2.7% compared to episode 4 aired on April 15th.

In addition, 10% was the rating recorded in the Seoul metropolitan area with the highest real-time rating being 11.8%. This means “Again My Life” hit a two-digit rating in Seoul after only 5 episodes.

Korean netizens are showing positive reactions to the rise of “Again My Life” ratings through comments on Theqoo such as, “The drama is so fun”, “Lee Joon Gi really has a great eye for scripts”, “The only drama my family watches live”, “I only watch Again My Life these days”, “The drama is so cool and engaging.”

Meanwhile, in episode 5, the story fasts forwards to 7 years later and shows Kim Hee Woo (Lee Joon Gi) as the chief prosecutor at the training institute. At the end of episode 5, Kim Hee Woo sweeps illegal gambling houses, giving viewers a satisfying feeling.

“Again My Life” is an action fantasy drama that vividly depicts a passionate prosecutor who gains his second chance at life for revenge. Led by Lee Joon Gi, the drama also stars Lee Kyung Young, Kim Ji Eun, and Jung Sang Hoon.  

“Again My Life” airs every Friday and Saturday at 10 PM KST on SBS.
