Min Hee-jin Interviewed Other Agencies & Monitored Public Opinions To Find Groups That Copied NewJeans?

It is known that ADOR’s CEO Min Hee-jin and executives monitored public opinions and claimed that ILLIT copied NewJeans

On April 24th, Sports DongA reported that ADOR executives, including CEO Min Hee-jin, claimed that ILLIT, TWS and RIIZE copied NewJeans. They reportedly interviewed employees of agencies managing these rookie groups and monitored public opinions in various online communities. HYBE also received the information through a tip-off and stated that their audit team is investigating it.

ADOR executives repeatedly questioned employees of related agencies with the intention of finding out whether a specific group “copied NewJeans”. This content is the major audit issue.

Moreover, HYBE audit team added that they are also investigating rumors of CEO Min Hee-jin saying “Producer Bang Si-hyuk copied me and made BTS” several times during private gatherings.

Earlier in an interview with Yonhap News on April 23rd, CEO A, who has been mentioned in the conflict with HYBE alongside Min Hee-jin, stated, “The content of ‘ADOR internal document’ revealed through the media are my own personal concerns”.

A continued, “I wrote it based on my personal thoughts and experiences, and did not discuss it with other executives of ADOR, including CEO Min Hee-jin”, adding “This content is not a document for reporting or sharing. Despite being called ‘internal document’, it’s just a personal memo that has not been shared with any other member of ADOR”.

They added, “I deeply regret that such a memo, which is merely a record of personal opinion stored on the company laptop, was leaked to HYBE and got called ‘internal document’ for a grand conspiracy by the media.”
