ADOR Named Their Document Against HYBE After Korea’s National Liberation Year?

A document from ADOR compares their battle against HYBE with Korea’s national liberation movement in 1945.

On April 24, it was reported that a document named “Project 1945” was discovered on the computer of an executive from NewJeans’ agency, ADOR

The document, named after the year South Korea achieved national liberation, contains information speculated to be necessary for ADOR’s “liberation” from HYBE Labels. In particular, it mentions the agency’s grievances against HYBE, the ILLIT – NewJeans copying issues, and are even divided into small sections related to legal actions.

Regarding the “Project 1945” document, ADOR’s side admitted that there is indeed this document. However, they also emphasized that the document was merely mindlessly written by an individual, cannot be carried out, and so serves no significance.

On the other hand, HYBE previously initiated an audit against ADOR’s management (including CEO Min Hee-jin), claiming that ADOR executives was leaking confidential information in order to gain independence from HYBE.
