Our main character, who had made everyone laugh by yelling “What do you mean you gained weight?” at singer IU, has debuted as a YouTuber.
On October 11th, the YouTube channel “What do you mean you gained weight?” has recorded about 5,000 subscribers even though there is no video yet.
The owner of this channel is the one who made many people laugh with her shouting at one of IU‘s concerts in the past.
In 2015, IU held a concert in Busan to commemorate the release of her 4th mini-album ‘CHAT-SHIRE’.
On this day, while talking with the audience, IU shared “I had gained a bit of weight.”
At that moment, a fangirl in the audience shouted “What do you mean you gained weight?”, which made IU burst into laughter.
The audience erupted into cheers, while IU – who laughed for quite some time – praised the fan’s tremendous voice “What was it? Is there someone else who got the mic other than me?”
Then, IU calmed down and continued talking “It’s really funny. I just got scolded.”
The anecdote was uploaded as a video on a YouTube channel and made many people laughed.
Afterward, the main character who said “What do you mean you gained weight?” left a comment “Hello. I’m ‘What do you mean you gained weight?’. I’m also a UAENA who always supports IU. I’m very happy to live in the same era as IU. Thank you for the great songs. I love you.”
After seeing this, netizens cheered “The main character appeared”, “I really enjoy watching the video”, “You have a good voice”… They also rewarded the joy she gave them by subscribing to her YouTube channel.
