Recently, BLACKPINK member Jisoo once again astonished the online community by helping Dunst, a local brand in Korea, achieve strong sales growth, unlocking the potential for market expansion due to an influx of customers after becoming the brand’s model.

According to Fashionbiz, since partnering with Jisoo in March 2023, Dunst has experienced rapid development, growing by 10 times within four years of launch. In addition, with Jisoo’s popularity, this local brand is becoming increasingly well-known and receiving positive feedback from customers.

The products from the Dunst’s 2023 F/W collection, which is a collaborative line with Jisoo, are also in high demand. The brand’s pop-up stores, opened monthly in major and bustling shopping centers in South Korea, such as The Hyundai Seoul, The Hyundai Daegu, and Shinsegae Department Store, set a record with 1,000 visitors daily. Some customers even lined up in front of the store for up to 4 hours before opening to snag items worn by Jisoo.

Dunst focuses on online sales models combined with pop-up stores to meet the diverse needs of customers. According to the brand’s announcement, about two weeks after opening a pop-up store last October, online sales and the number of customers increased by about 30%, and website registrations expanded.

With these remarkable developments, Dunst aims to expand its market to approximately 15 more countries in the near future. Many believe that this brand will continue to grow even more, reaching a global audience with the influence of Jisoo.
