Ailee Opens Up About New Relationship: ‘Actually, I’m a Bit Sad…’
Ailee surprised everyone with news of her relationship.
Ailee’s agency revealed on March 19th that she is dating a non-celebrity businessman with marriage in mind.
Following this announcement, Ailee also left a letter to her fans on her Instagram.
Ailee said, “My dear fans… I know many of you must have been surprised by my relationship news, but thank you sincerely for your congratulations! I wanted to personally share the happy news with you as soon as my heart was ready.”
She continued, “I felt a little sad as if the opportunity had been taken away from me, but reading your sincere congratulations, I now want to share that happiness with you all. Thank you!”
She concluded by saying, “We are dating nicely, so please continue to support us, and when the time comes for more good news, I will come to you personally to share it again! Thank you.”
Ailee made her debut in 2012 with “Heaven” and has produced numerous hit songs such as “I’ll Show You,” “U&I,” “Don’t Touch Me.” She gained recognition once again with the OST “I Will Go to You Like the First Snow” from the popular drama “Goblin.”
Recently, she appeared on various music variety shows such as JTBC’s “Battle of Famous Singers,” and KBS 2TV’s “Immortal Songs.” She made a comeback with the song “One Day” on February 4th.
